uhm, i never, no, rarely ask anyone about themselves etc. i usually expect them to volunteer information if a) i give hints that im interested (declarative statements rather than questions - yes) or b) they want to talk about something.

i'm usually annoyed by people asking me questions unless i've already initiated the fact that i want to talk about something. i'm an information-volunteerer and i expect people to be the same way sooooooo, basically, i think he's in the wrong and you aren't.

alas, i don't think everyone would agree, obviously.

okay i know i didnt help but whatever. im in a typy-waste-time-at-work mood this morning.
