thanks, i wrote it at about half eleven last night after reading all that rubbish about MW and thinking how Anwen would probably be expected to be like Gwen. that is, if she survives the series
Brilliant. I can just imagine this being the case. I wonder, would they put it down to justifiable homicide if the kid snaps and shoots Mummy Dearest in the head after one too many renditions of "How I saved the world"?
blucougar calling some of my work brilliant? I'm considering that an honour. I might continue these wee diary entries and I wouldn't even arrest Anwen if she did snap; instead I would give her a medal of honour and bravery for putting up with Gwen for so long
:p eheheh, this is lovely! I can just picture it now.
"Dear diary,
today I couldn't understand what the neighbour was saying again. I'm deaf on one ear since my mother fired a gun five inches from my face."
"Dear diary,
One of the kids I met yesterday started talking how he learned about Napoleon at school, who apparently is a real person instead of just a candy and lost an invasion to russia because he was so stubborn, Mom could take a page from his book. My parents never teach me important stuff."
I would totally love to see what else poor little anwen has to suffer through and how she'll step out of her mothers shadow.
Poor Anwen, growing up in Gwen's shadow is a fate worse than death. Although, thinking about it, it's a miracle she's survived to age 16 and is still in one piece. She really does deserve a medal for putting up with Gwen for so long.
Escape while you can, Anwen, Gwen is too dangerous to be around, you're living on borrowed time!
Just shout if you need more XD. my head is filling itself with awesome antigwen Anwen moments. eheheh, An..tig..wen Her name is a daughter hating mother prophecy in itself!!
