First beach trip of the new year today with Alex, Alice, Cye and Jenna. I feel scoured clean. The water was really much too cold for anything more than wading, but we all dove in for a few minutes anyway. So invigorating! It was quite windy, but the sun was out mostly and it was about 80 degrees, so we warmed up quick enough

I would have loved to have today off. President's Day....I gotta find a job that includes that as a holiday with pay. :)
