Gyros anyone.  Gyros are basically a Greek Sandwich served on Pita Bread.  Here is what they call poor man's Gyros meat because you can bake it in your oven.

Hmm, I never bother with sour cream in my tzsziki, but I can see how it would be tasty.

It gives it a slightly mellower creamier flavor

As a spice freak if I make this I will double the spice.. =)

I would de lamb it just a bit and add in some ground beef.

Why on earth do I want to add mushrooms to this?

But I have a cooking brick now.

I did double the spices ;)Adding mushrooms would not be a good thing because it would change to consistency of the meat and make it too wet. Mushrooms have a lot of moisture.
