To rival goodbyexlove's err, wonderful 'You Know You're From South Jersey' list, I've located an accurate 'You Know You're From North Jersey' list.

You will always say "YO", and you'll say it often.
People are not from New Jersey. People are from either North Jersey, Central Jersey or South Jersey.
You never had school on Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur. Until Catholic school.. damnit!
You know where to get a great bagel.
You think people from South Jersey talk funny.
If you live in Bergen County, you are totally surprised when you see stores (other that gas and supermarkets) open on Sundays!
You can go bowling at 1:30 am (w/ automatic scoring). Real bowling, not that candlepin shit.
You live within 10 minutes of at least three different malls. Short Hills, Livingston and Rockaway.. within 20 minutes, add Bridgewater and Willowbrook.. yay
You can see the Manhattan skyline from some part of your town. I think so? I know of plenty of different places in northern NJ that you can see the skyline..
You don't think "What exit" (do you live near?) is very funny. 142, duh
You know that people from 609 area code are "a little different."
The Jets-Giants game or Yankees-Mets game has started fights at your school or local bar.
You know that this is the only "New..." state that doesn't require "New" to identify it (like, try ...Mexico, ...York, ...Hampshire (doesn't work, does it?).
You know how to translate this conversation: "Jeet yet?" "No, Jew?"
You only go to New York City for day trips, and you only call it "The City."
You don't think of citrus when people mention "The Oranges." LOL this one sounds so funny
You know that it's called "Great Adventure," not "Six Flags."
You know that the state isn't one big oil refinery.
You know what a "jug handle" is. Yup, went around one the other night.. yay
You know that it's called a "circle," not a "rotary," and you know how to properly negotiate it. YEAH.. it's not a 'round-about' either, damnit
You knew that the last two questions had to do with driving.
You know what "cedar water" is, and are glad we don't have any of it up North. sorry, no. :(
You know that "Piney" isn't referring to a tree, and are even more glad we don't have any of them up North.
You once shot a whiporwhill on a summer night at 3 A.M. What the hell?
You have mandatory recycling, enforced by law.
You've used the expression "oye vey" regardless of whether or not you're Jewish. LOL
Brendon Byrne Arena will always be Brendon Byrne, NOT Continental Airlines Arena.
You say "water" weird. Depends on what you call weird.. ;D I think it's normal.
You know that "Acme" is an actual store, not just a Warner Bros creation Yep, got one of those 2 minutes from mee house
You know Paramus has 4 major malls within 3 miles of each other, and you love it. Kind of didn't, but that's okay.. and I do love it. :D
You've run out of money on the Parkway.
You know that there are no "beaches" in New Jersey - there's "The Shore". And you don't go "to the shore", you go "down the Shore".And when you are there, you're not "at the shore", you are "down the Shore". YEAH what the hell
You have a favorite shore town, and you're damn loyal to it. I like Point Pleasant for day trips, but LBI for actual vacation stuff
Your car is covered with yellow-green dust in April and May.
You know that the only people that call it "Joisey" are from New York. ew I hate it when people do that.. especially when they're trying to make fun of it.. they're GAY
Your big class trip in elementary school was to Morristown. LOL actually yeah.. that's kind of sad
You don't take no crap from no one. WHAT now
Neither the Parkway nor the Turnpike freaks you out at night. Mommy thinks I drive better on the Parkway at night anyways
You know that no respectable New Jerseyan goes to Princeton - that's for out-of-staters. Ehh.. more or less..
Most of your friends are at least 2 different ethinic groups (probably one of them being italian) LOL yup.. Italian and Irish.. and I'm both, lucky me!!! and actually Polish too.. but mostly the former 2
Z-100 used to be your favorite radio station. heheh.. 6th grade stupidity..
You refer to all highways and interstates by their numbers Derr.. is there any other WAY?
At least half of the people you went to high school with went to Rutgers .
You can't understand why there aren't any 24 hour diners in the rest of the country. that should be mandatory
Someone on the road cut you off and you used at least four swear words to tell them what you thought.
You've never pumped your own gas. Not yet, anyways..
You know that minivans and SUVs are pure evil (even though you or one of your close friends probably own one, hail suburbia).
You think that even people living in South Jersey are hicks. heheh yupps
You think that people living an hour in any direction from North NJ are hicks lol :)

I might as well have bolded this whole damn list.. lol

Work was good today, too.. how crazy is that?! And I'm working again tomorrow. Rock on. Or not.

OMG Gideon Yago of MTVNews came in today!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! That was crazy. I mean, I hate MTV but still, he's a famous guy.. And it was really exciting. And he was with his girlfriend, Lauren, who actually went to Villa!!!! So I dunno who I was more excited to meet, Gideon Yago of MTVNews or Lauren Whatever that graduated from my school in 2001.

I got his autograph!!

eee yay.

Anyways.. I really have nothing else to say, surprisingly. :D More later, maybe.. if I'm bored enough.
