What-ifs and maybes will forever haunt her world. She calls them sins of omission. Mistakes made under the assumption that later on she would be able to fix them. Make them justifiable in the eyes of the law. Or at the very least in her own eyes.

They'll always be there. Errors in the torn fabric of her life. Carving intricate designs into her hardened skin and finding ways to claw into the depths of her while she screams. Until all that's left are gaping holes of fear and disappointment piercing her rotting flesh.
