Ahh, this is gorgeous. The scene when Kate leaves him is still so heartbreaking, I can never watch it without crying. I love this look into Carole's mind as she accepts that Aaron is hers. Nicely done, love!

Thank you! I hadn't watched that scene since it originally aired, because it's not one of my favorite episodes, but when that scene came on, tears started streaming down my cheeks. Evie just knocked it out of the ballpark. And now I'm kind dying to write something based on that scene alone. ;)
