Clark is dead.
Clark is dead and she has to find the words to inspire, to make people believe that there's good in the world. That hope isn't gone, isn't dead just because Superman is. That love can exist in the most horrible of places.
She writes like it's something that still penetrates her heart, this hope, this love. Like it's something she remembers how to hold in the palm of her hand.
She writes through tears because it's akin to breathing, because it's something that needs to be done in order for her survival. For the worlds survival.
Clark is dead.
Clark is dead, but somehow the earth is still spinning and she's still vital and the words she writes are still pinpricks of light forcing themselves through the darkness.
