I am Romeo Candore Van de Montague and I'm one of the many people unwillingly brought here. Since my beloved Juliet left me some months ago, I have felt lost, confused and miserable without her presence near. I had sworn to her to remain by her side eternally and I thought I wasn't fulfilling my word. But then a man by the name of Cao Pi spoke to me, telling me that I may be at Juliet's side in my world, that my vow to her might have never been broken and only the present "me" is enduring this trial. His words (which I'm in debt for) didn't sink in until recently, after my most recent hospitalization. So I have decided that, in the interim of waiting for my leave or her return, to try and improve this place. To build a city that truly reflects our dreams and hopes. My effort may appear futile because I'm just one small boy, but I'm going to try...
That was also my promise to her. That'll wait until the moment we could be together and build a place for our love to bloom without obstacles.

M-My words are ill-timed, or so it appears with the woeful cries and negative feeling dripping everywhere, but think this. If we all work together, if we who are small join hands to do the task of giants, maybe we could remove the source of our sadness or at least stop thinking about it.
To show my intend in a concrete purpose, my first short-term project is a greenhouse to shelter the flowers and plants in winter time. I just fiund out what was that about because we don't have them in Neo Verona, and looks like a good way to start. Juliet would like to live among flowers if she returns. Red roses and white irises blooming alongside. That's the kind of person she is.
