When I woke up this morning, the sky was dark. It rained most of the day, and by 2 AM, The City was soaked. The pavement was wet, the painted stripes in the crosswalks were slippery. There was a cloudy fog hanging so close over the skyline, it was as if it was settling into a La-Z-Boy for a nap on the rooftops of the 30 story buildings. I was
