Hundred Book List

horrifically had this in her journal and I decided to do it because I was curious.

Bold the ones you’ve read COMPLETELY, italicize the ones you’ve read part of, and no cheating. Watching the movie or the cartoon doesn’t count. Abridged versions don’t count either. BTW, according to the BBC if you’ve read 7 of these, you are above the average.

ROFL! I counted which I'd read all of as I went down the list, and also ended up with 26.

There are others I've read part of (and to hell with Dickens's work, I plan to read "A Christmas Carol" and that is it. Also, I hated The Time Traveler's Wife and do not intend to finish it ever), but I was lazy.

I like that there is enough literature in the world that we can have lists of "classics." I want a sci-fi/fantasy heavy list though, since many of the lists I've seen are literary fiction heavy. Oh well?

XD I agree about Dickens. A Christmas Carol was good but I'm not really interested in the rest. I didn't intend to ever read The Time Traveler's Wife, and I'm glad to know that was the right choice.

I would love to see that Sci-Fi/Fantasy List too. I can think of a few things I definitely think should be on it, but who knows if anyone else would agree with me.

Yeah, I thought it was odd that they listed both the Chronicles of Narnia and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. It's kind of and oddly put together list. But it was still fun to do.
