 I got some black bloke came up to me today, and after the normal repetition of mangled english, followed by a request for clarification, I realised that he was asking for Febreeze. I told him that we don't sell Febreeze.  He got slightly annoyed by my not getting his jist. apparently today his mate Fabrisse had started work in the stock room and
