The big 4 have turned into the big 5 since Italy has decided to return. Can't say I've missed them particularly, but hey, welcome back!
The entries from these countries have been rather pitiful over the last few years, but I have to say, they've really upped their game this year. Thank you!

GUESS WHAT? IT'S ALMOST EUROVISION WEEK!
I'm not a great believer in capslock, but if anything deserves it, it's the Eurovision Song Contest! And it's almost here! The first semi is on Tuesday, so it's about time I got my thoughts on it together. I know you've all been dying to hear them! :)

The finale of Melodifestivalen (Swedish qualification to the Eurovision Song Contest) takes place tonight. I have not watched a single minute of the five previous weeks, and I will not be watching tonight either, because I can't stand it, but since I love and adore the ESC, I thought I should take an interest in the song Sweden will be sending. Saw a magazine in the store today called Jeanne d'Arc Living. An magazine dedicated to interior design. Which makes perfect sense. Jeanne d'Arc is after all mostly remembered for her style of decorating.
