Or maybe I'm wrong. But when everyone else is doing something, I don't want to say that I did it just because they did. I'd let the excitement die down and then see if I still want to. I want to do things because I want to

I agree. Is this by any chance about the Twilight books? Because I'm kind of going through the same thing with the Twilight craze. But I definitely see what you mean. You shouldn't do something just because everyone else is doing it, but I also don't think you should completely rule something out just because everyone else is doing it! It's a tough sitchiation, but I do think letting everything die down and then deciding is a really good way to go.

I guess it's kind of about that, but not totally. I was just thinking about a lot of things and came to a conclusion that you pretty much summed up.
