Exercises to prepare for surgery

I am having top surgery in a little less than two months and I was wondering what are some good exercises that I can do to help me get into shape for the best results.

The thing is the only equipment I have unlimited free access to (Cause it's in my house) are dumbells, curl bar. Exercise ball, yoga mat and cardio rope.

I'd focus on the cardio daily for your general conditioning and fitness, jump rope is great, lots of walking and yoga. For weight training, a basic push pull system is great for a small space with dumbells. Pushups or dumbell bench press (fine even using the floor), dumbell bend over rows, pullups (pullup bars are not pricey) and dumbell overhead presses. Pushups can be done with feet at various heights all the way to handstand as you progress. Curls and bench dips for arms. Crunches and dumbell side bends for abs.

I like to stick with the basics, as they involve the whole body and more muscles for your bang.

As said below, crossfit is a good program, ridiculously expensive in the gyms, but their ideas and routines can be done very easily at home, most.
