Hotdog Tortilla Pizzas
You can use whatever additional toppings you like. These are the two I did:
Ingredients: Hotdogs (88 cents/lb), tortillas, shredded cheese (whatever you have in the fridge), tomato sauce, canned mushrooms, green onions, barbecue sauce, bacon.

Chop a couple of sliced of bacon and cook until mostly done. Drain and set aside. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Chop a green onion and thinly slice a couple of hotdogs ( 1 per pizza).

Grease your cookie sheet and put the tortillas on the sheet. Top your pizzas:
#1 - tomato sauce, mushrooms, hotdogs

#2 - barbecue sauce, hotdogs, cooked bacon, and green onions

Feed the leftover hotdogs to the dogs. They'll thank you for it.

Top with shredded cheese (#1 - mozzarella, #2 - four cheese blend)

Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
Slice and serve on your favorite plastic Halloween plate. Share with a friend.

The nice thing about this dish is that you can make as many as you want at a time, and depending on the number of tortillas and hotdogs in the packs and how cheap you go on the ingredients, you can feed 8-10 people for less than $10, easy.
