Looks like it will be a quiet Turkey Day down here. Just Danny, Elf, and me. Cooking a medium sized bird, with the usual stuff, baked a pecan pie, so at least the dinner will be good. What a weekend! Feara, Dave, and myself drove down to Va to Joes, he is the medicine man who pours lodge at 4qf. We tore down the old sweat lodge that had been there for 4 yrs and constructed a new one according to navaho tradition. Then it was off to sweat! Feeling pretty good today. We are going down to Va this weekend to sweat and spend time with new friends. It will be a good weekend. Been having dreams about the lodge and the people involved with it. Before that, I never really dreamed that much. And if I did, it was usually something pretty weird. Well after countless months of leeching off fearadyns lj and after her telling me to get my own lj, I finally decided to do this. I really enjoy reading all of the intelligent, funny, and sometimes downright stupid musings of the folks in here. I guess it is time that I added my own 2 cents and quit hiding the elfwoman.
