A small dilema, and other things

Suprisingly I'm still at work at the moment.  I say "at work" but I guess I don't really mean than since I've been working from home today.  Not sure where I stand on the whole idea.  Yes, it makes far more conveniet for me it terms of getting to and from the doctors for my blood test, but I wouldn't exactly say I've put in the full 100% the office

The blood test is in aid of sortting out what's causing the recent worsening of my joint pains.

The thing I'm uncertain of with the online preorder is if they ship it to arrive on 31st or ship it on the 31st. The former would be great, the latter less so.

I really want Fallout 3, but first, I'm buying a new Laptop on the 24th (my 1st on actually) then I have to wait 2-3 weeks to see if I have the money to buy it.
