So I'm officially being nice to myself as I've said before. Here are the rules, unofficially drafted by Amanda (of course this was her idea, of course she's fucking amazing god damnit) and made official by me. So here they are:

Do Not:
-Use words such as "idiot", "dumbass", "fucking retard", etc. to describe yourself when you fuck something up

Finding out what makes you happy: burn a candle, even in the day time---all the time! Listen to jazz and wolf music and if you're really daring, learn to howl at the moon. Read and write poetry. Notice every little thing: the way a spider's web in woven, the velvet inside a flower, the rain (I once saw an old lady with a long grey braid and a yellow slicker hop on her grocery cart as she left Safeway and smile all the way down the hill.) Her braid flew behind her like a running-to-catch-up tail and she changed my mind forever about getting old
