After all my attempts to find a Visual Studio I could afford, I get to class tonight to find out from the instructor that Microsoft gives a limited version away for free. Far more then I need to get my skills upgraded. It never one occurred to me that MS would give anything away for free.

just watch, somewhere deep in their license agreement for the free student version is some clause that lets them keep anything you write.
