I'm getting worried about my comic. I keep wandering off to worldbuild and I never anticipated the first storyline would last this long... I have this whole immensely complex arc with Rooch and Borrowers and Yrek's missing parents and I don't know if I can...

...transition into the next arc seamlessly? (Knowing the challenge is half the battle.)
...stay interested in your own story as you create it? (Write what you love, our attention will follow.)
...continue to be as spectacularly awesome as you have consistently managed to be? (I bet you will.)

It's a never-ending reality that there's a huge disparity between the time it takes to create, and the time it takes to experience. Two pages a week is a hefty workload, but takes only seconds for us readers.

Whatever and whenever you choose, I look forward to seeing it. Thank you.

As seen from outside the author's head, it certainly doesn't feel like the story is stagnating or anything. It's moving deliberately, but it's staying very entertaining, and the worldbuilding is an important part of that entertainment, for me at least.

And I have no clue where it's going: whatever happens is going to surprise me.

I really like your comic, and I've been enjoying the story-telling decisions that you've been making. But I would also feel worried if I was creating a comic and thought, "This is taking so long! I won't get to the GOOD stuff until ... 5 years from now at this rate!!!" Still, I'm enjoying the ride.

Whatever the worry, you can. You have successfully completed a comic in the past, and you have had two others that didn't quite make it. You have experience with both the good and the bad. You know how to do it.

That said, if you would like to talk to someone about your concerns for your story... hum. I'll send you a PM, if I can figure out how to do so. I think I got it to work last time somehow.
