That would mean physically that we'd have another arm, or at least the makings for one below our skin. It would depend where the arm would sprout..
Hopefully, it would be close enough to reach that spot that's always the itchiest in the middle of my back. Nature is not known for being nice or co-operative, though.

I don't think I'd like one though... Too many extra bones to crack.

ide like to have another shoulder. on my ass area. i think it would make my butt look bigger...because im kind of lacking in the ass department.

no because then there are more shoulders to take advantage of. The more shoulders the more loads.
