Just a moment ago, I was struck with an idea which I'm sure has passed through the minds of anyone who's every read superhero comics:

The Justice League. As high-school students.

I did a few sketches just now, and I'm rather pleased with the results. I'll have to scan them in and put them up. But later, when I'm not exhausted and more coherent.

I know they've been done as little kids before, most irritatingly in Young Justice--actually, you know what? Most irritatingly in general, because if Batman's not old enough to attend middle school, then let's just say that's a comic that should not have become a comic. But I don't know if there's been a canon comic that's ever done them as high-school students.

On the other hand, I imagine Batman as an emo kid, and it makes me want to go cry in the corner.
