I had a write-up or two on my Keg record for similar unimportant bullcrap; it's like they pick on their role model employees when they make the slightest mistakes, but continue to let the bottom 10% jackasses show up late, mope around with nasty attitudes, wait tables without the proper product knowledge, and demonstrate their overall inadequacy as employees. It's bafflingly counterproductive. Nate and I have had several conversations about the incentive structure in place at the Keg; it really forces all of the reliable, responsible employees who have the ability to market themselves elsewhere to leave. That's a huge reason for my own departure, and several others as well. Ah well, I'll still continue to patronize the place for the good food, stiff drinks, and fond memories. Beef dip, anyone?
