Ok, folks. I understand that, for quite a few of you, A-Kon is coming up. However, I have some questions that I figure many of my fine friends would have some interest in answering.
A friend of mine, Aron Wilburn and I are on the verge of completing a pilot episode of a series that we have been working on in the concept and character creating stage for quite some time. This is not intended as a boast, please understand, but if anything like this series were in existence yet, I would be obsessed with it.
Without revealing too much of the plot, it will be a combination of classic Sci-Fi and Supernatural, with the story starting in a version of our future history that is literally right on verge of Apocalypse. We are making an effort to draw a clear line between good and evil with it.
All that said, we need some opinions on the name itself. The working title of the series so far has been "Pneumatika." Both Aron and myself like this title a great deal, but we also don't want the title to be one that is too cerebral. The show itself is pretty high concept, but we really want to draw people in with the title. Questions, then.
A. What do you think of the title "Pneumatika?"
B. If you don't like that title, what are some other suggestions? We are open to them.
Keep in mind, the feel of the show is near future (15 years in our future) sci-fi, but with a bit of a gritty feel. However, keep in mind that there are major supernatural elements as well. (Demons, angels, Lovecrafianesque villains, etc...)
