The latest National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) count says that an overwhelming 622 had their lives taken away. An even greater figure, 2.4 million, represents the number of people that the abominable typhoon displaced.The NDCC reports that most of the people lost their lives to flash floods that came without warning. it makes you realize how good we've got it. a bed to sleep on. parents to hug. enough food to eat.
