You have to be very strong to show your vulnerability and handle its outcome. Strong and wise, i.e. not that vulnerable to start with.

Either strong or manipulative. The latter does not require a lot of wisdom, it kinda comes naturally))

Oh, yes, natural manipulation (expressed as vulnerability) is the highest pilotage! :))
Children, dogs, mostly small, rule there. (I call them natural born killers by cuteness boundary testers)
And any adult, who was born with or acquired this gift of a puppy eye communication* skill in any form of his/her body language. :)

Там еще ресипиент должен быть соответственный, мужчины - военные на это очень падки, например.
