i have to agree that it was a very weird entry.
i haven't been sleeping well and i took an ambien last night. that stuff makes you loopy.
i wanted to elaborate on wanting to murder the lady on mtv. it was one of those coaches on the show made....ugh. she was just driving me insane.

i need one of those. i am so restless lately. i cant sleep adn to much on the brain. all work related. im sure wheni go to the heart doc this morning he'll love what its done for me. oh what fun. :)

ambiens are really the best sleeping pill on the market. you can sleep seven or eight full hours and wake up feeling refreshed......not groggy or drugged. i woke up this morning at like 6:30 totally awake and feeling great.
i need to see my doctor and get some for real.
