I know people heard a loud growl sound last night, but this doesn't sound like that. It's different.

Si. Caution is not a poor idea at all.

It means 'little lady'. And that is quite alright. I tend to not even notice I'm speaking either or most of the time.

A little. The noises stopped, so I'm merely seeing if whatever it is, was, could be, might still be around.

I've heard them, whatever they are. There's obviously more than one.

While not seeing what they are is most likely best, it would be helpful to know what it is going around the city.

While not seeing them may seem like a blessing, I've had enough experiences with sounds leading to inevitably horrible results.

I'd rather know what we might be up against.
