I have 3 characters, but I don't believe that they'd know each other: two 5th year Hufflepuffs, Tyra and Matt, and a 1st year Hufflepuff, Kamil. Anything?

I can't really think of anything off hand. They're all younger and in different houses than him. It would be nice to though.

If he supports the quidditch team there might be something there? Maybe he saw Tyra and Matt out on the pitch during a game? They're both on the team, Keeper and Seeker.

Yeah that works. Definitely a Gryffindor Quidditch supporter!

Anything else?

Well Avis would know him, she's a fifth year Gryff. She also writes a lot, and she loves muggle art (though she can't paint or draw herself).

She's not the most romantic person at all, though, so she may think of him as a bit of a girly boy, but be closer to him because of that. (Crazy Gryff boys get tiring at times, and aren't the best to necessarily be close friend with.)

Any ideas of how he'd react to Avis?

I think they might get along alright. The whole girly boy thing wouldn't really bother him too much, unless she would say it to him in a harmful way. He'd be pretty cool hanging out with or around her, if he was paying attention.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. And no, she wouldn't tell him. She's only really mean to Slytherins.

Any ideas for how they would meet? Maybe Avis' first year, his third (is that right?), maybe he saw him painting or something and commented on it all grown-up-like. What kind of painting does he do?

Yeah I think thats right because she's 5th now and he's 7th, two years apart.

Just all kinds. Whatever is peaking his interest at the time, though he prefers drawing to painting.

Maybe they could have met in a study hall in their early years? They both had nothing to do and kind of started talking?

Ahh, Milo! Loveee<3

Anyway, he'd probably know Ben, a sixth year Gryff. He's quiet, snarky and a bit of an ass, but can be kinder and very loyal once he's made a friend. They seem to have a lot in common, too- Ben loves to write, he's absoloutely dreadful at flying and athletics and he's a major procrastinator.

Any ideas?

Sounds cool. Maybe Ben could have come out onto the steps of the Enterance Hall or something, and caught him landscape drawing, then he could bond over that (or visa versa)?

Um..

Maybe something else? I don't want to get stuck with a lot of people bonding to him because his artistic thought.

Hm, maybe. If you wanted to do something different, maybe Isaac saw Ben fail miserably at flying class in his first year? They probably could've become friends then, since they both stink XP

Well that's not really possible since Isaac is a year older than Ben. Isaac would be in his 2nd year when Ben is in his first.

Firstly, he would know Ari. She's a fellow Gryff though a year younger than him. She would find the fact that he's a dreamer and an artist endearing and they might get along alright.

Gabe is a fellow 7th year so they would have had a few classes together. They probably wouldn't know each other too well but Gabe would definitely be friendly towards him. Maybe he helped him with his schoolwork in the past.

And I don't think there'd be too much backstory with Adrien or Kier.

Hey there fellow Gryff.
Zoe's same year, though doesn't have much in common, apart maybe from liking to make people laugh and laughing herself A LOT. But she also likes to be friends with everyone, and would therefore most possibly try to get him into some action. She is not much of a dreamer/artist herself, but would find that nice and interesting, and overall probably like him a lot.

Wee! Goody! More 7th year girls. We need more of those.

I read your character's profile and believe it sounds quite terrific. She sounds like someone who might want to keep Isaac grounded during classtime, they would have most definitely had a class together, because he spaces a lot especially in the classes he failed the O.W.L.s in. Like she might see him spacing out and not doing what he was supposed to then she would like tell him to pay attention or something like that.

Ooh wait.
First, what does he do in classes he failed OWLs in? He's not supposed to take those. *puzzled*
Second, yep, she might poke him and tell him to pay attention to her instead of class. She might chat him to death, actually, or charms him occasionally, whatever.

Oh wait again. Screw point one. I got your point. That's me who's spacing apparently.
