Have been following the storm's progress & had hoped it would miss NYC. No such luck. Glad you have power back. My sister & niece have been out since 3a.m. Sun. & not due to have power again until midnight Wed/Thurs. One picture posted by the local paper showed a guy in a kayak crossing one of the major roadways that runs the length of one side of the island..LOL>
*snugs* Yours was one of the updates I was specifically hoping to see today, so very glad you posted. Get lots of rest sweetie, you've earned it and then some. So sweet that you made sure the critters had munchies. <3
