It's time to say goodbye

Horrible news from the doctors. The baby is dying and there is nothing I can do to save it. Tomorrow I go in for surgery. I know it's the right decision to terminate now rather than waiting a couple weeks and letting the baby die in utero. Still... it doesn't make the decision any easier
