School this semester has so far been good. I haven't failed anything yet. Herbology is still my best subject.

Jerry and I were walking outside today and saw hundreds of trousers near the Quidditch pitch. It that a new part of the game? I'll never understand Quidditch.

Isabel Pepper is a first-year Hufflepuff. She is a very shy girl, making it hard for her to make friends. I had a rough day yesterday. First I got tripped on in the library, and then I was knocked over during lunch. What really takes the cake, though, was last night when three of us students plus Jerry and a duck all crashed into each other.

These first few days back at Hogwarts have been really strange. First I almost lost Jerry but someone accio'd him for me, then I ran into a boy in the girl's loo! But I also got to see Caer and Jethro so it hasn't been all bad. I also signed up for this thing but I'm not sure it's really for me, anyway.

Since, when I joined, I had no idea what "played by" meant on the app, and I didn't realize that you could pick someone to play your character, and I had already come up with a description of my character and now I can't think of anyone who looks like that, I've done some drawings instead. <- Longest sentence ever.

So far today I've had hot cereal for breakfast with a little strawberry jam, but the jam was much to sweet so I ended up scraping away most of it with dry toast and eating it like that.

I hope lunch is better.

Today for breakfast I had a cranberry scone. I didn't get to finish it because I would have been late for class.

For lunch they served cold chicken and also a very tasty butternut squash soup. I had second helpings of it because it was so good.

At dinner I had shepherd's pie and it was rather bland.
