My mom has found a job in our old town and is moving back! That means that in a month I'll have my mother within (seven hundred mile) driving distance again! Still sick, but just coughing-sick, not fever-sick now. I'll be better, but it's slow and painful.
But I spent the afternoon watching Princess Tutu with a bunch of cool girls, and I needed that. So my chest may ache and my voice alternates between "grating and rattly" and "hi, I'm a remarkably well preserved grandma", but I'm happy. -
