in 8 easy steps.


01. Duplicate base & set to screen 100% [but it depends on your base].

02. Duplicate base, bring it to the top, & set it to softlight 100%.

03. Create a new layer and flood fill #04A1B8 and set it to exclusion 30%.

04. Create a new layer and flood fill #90F2F6 and set it to burn/color burn 100%.

05. Create a new layer and flood fill #F874DB and set it to softlight 50%.

06. Duplicate base, bring it to the top, & set it to softlight 100%.

07. [Optional] Place a dusty/scratchy texture like this one
[created by me] and set to screen 100%.

For the second one:
08. [Optional] Under the (optional) scratchy texture, New Adjustment Layer: Hue/Saturation/Lightness. Set Saturation to 20-30. I used 20.

And you're done!
