We've been planning a celebratory trip for after I graduate, and Joy stumbled upon this great fare from Atlanta, so naturally we jumped on it. I can't believe it. And more than that, we'll be there during The Fringewhich is like this really ( Read more... )

That's great! Congratulations, I hope you two have a wonderful time. How is life? I need to arrange lunch with you or something soon. I'm done with school now so I just have work. Whew ::wipes brow:: I'm glad to be done until August. Sorry, I don't mean to rub it in. Anyway, it's good to read your posting and hear that you both are doing well.

Yo, we really do need to hook up. It's been too long. Whenever you can pencil me into your busy schedule there, bio advisor lady. :-)

Yeah, can't wait to be done with school. And after reading your post a few weeks ago, I'm now finding myself applying for grad school. Why'd you have to be so damn inspiring? Here I was thinking I could rest for a while, and bask in the glow of my accomplishment, but alas, I just know I'll still have that sense of incompleteness hanging over me. So, yeah, gradschool in the spring.

Damn, I talk alot. I need to work on shortening my posts, I think. *smile*

peace,
Isani

Oh man Isani! LUCK to the Y! You are gonna have so many good times! You gotta shout my name though while you're crossing the Atlantic! You don't have to shout it, just think of me. When I'm on an airplane I think of everyone, I don't know why. Must be some kind of superstition. Anyways, love! -Mel

Shout outs! isani July 1 2005, 06:53:02 UTC
Mel, I'll definitely shout your name when I'm over the atlantic! I mean, what are they gonna do at that point, put me off the plane? *grin*

I don't have any of those kinds of superstitions, I think. I've been flying for too many years for that. I still get butterflies on landing and on take off, though. I can't explain why. It's not like I haven't flown a thousand times before. Still, I also haven't been in a plane for more than 5 hours in one stretch, so who knows. After this, the next frontier is New Zealand. That's gonna rock. But I'll leave that for next summer. ;-)

lol I still have that superstition and I've flown at least six times every year since I was eight. Maybe I just get bored and need something to think about. Anyways, if someone thinks about me while they're going somewhere it's kind of like I've been there too! ^_^
