I do not know you at all, but I am always tempted by these sorts of posts!

If you wanted a stranger to immediately know one thing about you, what would that something be?

(Feel free to ask me a question back, since I'm an unfamiliar face, too. :D)

Ha! I did not specify graphics questions, did I? Hoisted on my own lack of specificity. Well played!

Hmmm. I tend to let people get to know me and make their own judgments. If I were to tell people about me it's that I'm much friendlier than I seem. I'm not made of the stuff to make friends easily. I don't approach strangers at parties (or on social media) but it's not that I dislike people; it's because I'm insecure. I would encourage them to ignore my silence and just talk to me. Like you have! *waves*

And what one thing would you immediately want a stranger to know about you?

And you tossed my question back at me! Hee. I like that. And I like your answer, too! You sound like a cool person. Points for using "specificity" in your comment. Yay, casually-uttered word that not everyone uses!

I don't at all think it's automatically a bad thing to be slow to make friends. I tend to find that that sort of person is intensely loyal once they have selected a friend. It's the fine art of not settling, and also bothering to care about who gets to change our lives. As they say, "Everybody's friend is nobody's friend!" ...which is a statement I don't 100% believe, but it does, nevertheless, hold a seed of truth. Our friends do influence us, after all ( ... )
