Awww, thank you! I was feeling the lack of *some* category to nominate comics or drawn art. I was surprised, too, by the lack of categories for anime and stock.
They did ask for people to nominate categories and I'm wishing I'd had time to take part in it. :(
I didn't even know about it until I saw your post, which prompted me to go agree with with all the nominations. Stock and Anime would have been lovely, and somehow having Disney for a category and not anime feels wrong. *hugs back*
There's a HUGE Disney iconning community here on LJ so I'm not surprised at its inclusion** but I was stymied by the lack of Stock as I had several makers whose work in stock I wanted to recognize.

** "30 minute comedies" is the one that gave me pause; I don't know show lengths so I'm useless there except that it excludes the sorts of shows I *do* watch like Psych.
Thank you! I think Xafirah was a bit over-kind to me -- especially on text and color given that both those skills have recently been a source of criticism of my work -- but she explained to me why she'd chosen them and I get it. It was very generous of her.
