Parrot making child noises

(and yes, between being horrified by the icky child noises and cuted out by the parrot, I was having a hard time trying to describe my reaction to this video ;)

I have wanted a parrot, but not gotten one as I've been warned that it is like having a badly behaved five year old child for 20 years or more, and my aversion to screaming children is almost legendary...

...well that just convinced me that I should never get a parrot in case it turns into a screaming child!

I think I shall curl up with my Siamese princess tonight and remind her of how much I love her. Low maintenance lover-cat is a good thing!
