even though i told 'em in spanish to get an english speaker on the phone
Even though it's a tourist city, they don't always have English speakers handy. Americands automatically assume that everyone should know how to speak English. When in Rome, do as Romans do. (AKA...learn a little of the language of the country you are visiting....at least key phrases.)
we went to the famous Señor Frog’s
I didn't know Senor Frog's was a bar until I went to Acapulco. I have a purse from their store...not the bar.
You should take a Spanish class next semester to make next year's trip MUCH more enjoyable.
