we're having a potluck lunch friday at work and we have to make vegetarian or vegan dishes -obviously, given where i work. anyways, if anyone has any yummy vegan dessert recipes i would really appreciate you sharing them with me! (paul, i'm looking towards you hun). i have a couple, but i'd rather make something i haven't before.

i was thinking a cake or cookies. something not too complicated to make. if you have any suggestions i'm all for it. i have a ton of vegetarian cookbooks but there wasn't anything vegan in them.
