McCain's concession speech was wonderful. He's a great man, and I don't think anyone can harbour ill will against him. He just wasn't the right man for this job. Obama's speech... he's talking about a 106-year-old woman who voted, and what she has seen and endured over the past centruy-and-some, and I am crying... and it's wonderful. it's cuz he can stoop down to our level, and see what we see, feel what we feel, but now someone like us, is in the position to DO soemthing about it. he can finally make change. this country is finally moving forward, in the direction that so many great men before him were trying to do. from abe lincoln, to martin luther king jr., to even more great men. he's definitely going to make his mark.

his speech was definitely very moving.

i'm so happy that you posted this. i haven't had time to write anything that isn't utterly self-centered, but mccain's speech was utterly incredible. i loved how he dealt with the boo-ing that occurred at any time he said obama's name. mccain has redeemed himself in my eyes.
