[The Dreamberry turns on to show a shirtless Jace grinning at the camera. He's covered in Marks that look like black runes tattooed onto his skin. However, he makes them look good. (Which he knows.) Setting the Dreamberry down on a table, he turns around and walks to a door.

[Jessamine is still covering her face with her hands because she can't unsee what she just saw and there's nothing more she wants than to unsee it.]

You're a terrible person!

[Well Jace is just out here putting on a pair of pants that he brought along feeling quite smug.]

I know, I know. But I look good while I'm terrible.

[halfthelady]

[Her back is pressed against the closed door and she still hear the smug oozing out of his voice.]

No you do not! Anyone who thinks that you do is clearly blind! [Muttering.] And after seeing that I wouldn't be surprised if they've gone blind completely.

I'll make sure you get a copy of it. That way you can treasure it always.

Why would I want that?!

[ischarming]

[He grins at the door with his hands on his hips.]

I already told you. I look good.

[That's it. Jessamine flings open the door with one hand, her other hand placed over her eyes but her fingers are open enough to see through them.]

Am I supposed to care?

[ischarming]

[See Jace, Jessie. See Jace without his shirt smirking at you.]

Nope.

[Jace will probably catch the colour rising to her cheeks but at least he's wearing pants now.]

Then why bother reinforcing the fact?

Because I like stating facts.

An irritating trait to be sure.

I'll remember that the day it crosses my mind to impress you.

And I pray to the Angel that that day never comes.

[And with that she turns right around and slams the door in the blonde's face. Not that she thinks that it'll do anything to shut him up.]

So...do Victorian ladies rejecting the Shadowhunter way really pray to the Angel?

[Her parasol is hanging right. there. She could do something to him but even she couldn't talk her way out of something like that.

Her hands clench into fists and she whirls around, opening the door enough for her head to stick out.]

It was a figure of speech!

[And sarcasm drips from his every word.]
