I am going to freaking kill the Skull Servants. And before anyone asks. I'm pretty sure they're printing counterfeit Yen notes and coins, now. Not to mention a few of them are indulging in car jacking.

Give them to the denizens of Makai/Meikai. They use Skull Servant fragments as a kind of second hand currency and to make their flames look more evil.
