You are brave, even when you don't feel brave. Loving, hoping, truth-telling, self-disclosing, grieving as much on your own terms as is possible, and setting boundaries are signs of courage. I, too, do boxing class now. My wishes that it brings you all that you've missed and more (a guess: breath, movement, power.)
