Again, thank you for hosting. It's very odd to say that a Trickster-run shindig grounded me, but it's the truth. I only hope that I contributed as much to the party as I took away from it.
Also I was sorry to miss everyone the following morning, but I seriously overslept. I barely made check-out, actually. I scarfed down a muffin and some coffee while chatting with the day desk clerk and had a more proper (if quite late) breakfast/brunch once I'd driven about halfway home. The weather seemed quite fitting for the occasion; driving up 231 in the sleet and fog is a sober act, indeed.
