Lent Diet

So, some of you may know I'm pretty hard-core about Lent. I usually give up all warm-blooded meat, meaning I am pescovegetarian for 6 weeks a year. Even animal stocks or fats are unacceptable, everything is veggie. Dairy is OK, so I still eat eggs and cheese. count me in! :) woo hoo! And I understand it's disappointing to not lose weight when you thought you would, but I am really happy for you about the blood sugar thing!

I'm really glad about your blood sugar! Go you! :) Honestly, I'd love to chat some more about what you're eating. I'm so d2mn picky about food that one of my biggest struggles is just finding healthy stuff I'll actually eat and not get sick of b/c it's ALL I ate for the last two weeks. Anyway, very glad for you and d2mn way to go on the sticking to it for Lent! Major sacrifice! :)
