... so, uh. I haven't played Ishida for five months. I have sadly forgotten many of his relationships. Not the super important ones, of course! But I know that a lot has probably slipped through the cracks. If you could do a quick comment with a) what your relationship was to Ishida and b) what he called you (if you remember!), I would love ( Read more... )

O-okay lemme think. |D I'm fairly positive Al's the only one that really knew him -- Havoc met him once or twice and liked to tease him and call him brat, Ishibrat, and maybe by his name once? But that was it.

WITH AL Ishi was as close to being a big brother as someone can get for Al. He wouldn't ever assign that position to someone verbally or even think it because Ed is Most Important, but Ishi was right at the limits of it. >D Loev Uryuu, was frustrated with his logic and feud against parts of camp a lot. But he really was very fond of Uryuu and would step into a situation for him without question. The only exception being if it was very clear that Uryuu wouldn't be badly hurt AND it was obviously his fault for being a jerk. :/ I think Ishi called him Al most of the time.

But yes, basically an Important Person to Al that he would still bitch at for being stupid sometimes. |D

Yeah, it was about the same for Ishi --> Al. XD He felt extremely protective towards Al and generally considered him to be a brotherish figure (like Ari and ... okay Ash sorta), but he also felt that Al was the most capable of taking care of himself. He'd STILL JUMP IN LIKE A MORON if Al were to be threatened, but he also more or less trusts Al to take care of himself.

I think only Buffy met him enough to have an opinion? I sort of remember them being on decent terms without really being close at all--he did alterations for her wedding dress, I'm pretty sure, which she's grateful for, and they were familiar with each other, and she recognized him as being another person who stood alone against the darkness etc. I think he called her Summers-san, and...yeah! That about covers it, as far as I remember.

Yeah, Ishida had a pretty firm respect for Buffy. They didn't talk much, but when they did, it was usually about lolz we're kung-fu fighterz type stuff.

Russel remembers Ishida as that guy who made scary faces at him during teatime with Heine over the subject of Meer. He also vaguely remembers something Meer told him about Ishida and Heine kissing, but then she kissed Russel, so most of that memory gets pushed aside by their first kiss. Alchemist has priorities, what. XD I don't remember what Ishida called Russel, but it was probably the formal Tringham-san, if anything. As for Russel, he keeps getting confused by people who refer to this "Uryuu" guy.

Yeah, I think ... Ishida is okay with Russel? They didn't have much of a relationship besides "why are you on my roof again" from Ishida's side of things. But he doesn't like hate him or anything. And he's vaguely aware that Russel and Meer are dating.

Which is to say, Rikuou knows a fair amount about Ishida's home life- his father and his grandfather and his reactions to both of them, and he knows about what happened to the Quincies in the soul society, but he knows very little about Uryuu as a person. I think they talked a few times? He mostly found him uptight, and knows beyond that he's an angry young man. And that really is about it.

Yeah, I don't remember them talking a whole bunch. Ishida knows ... next to nothing about Rikuou, save that his dad talks to him a lot. He hasn't quite put two and two together yet, but I think he had a vaaague irrational type inkling of what was going on back when he was still in camp.

Shunsui only has canon knowledge of Ishida! I assume he knows Uryuu's name and that he's a Quincy and can recognize him (and thanks to camp people, that Ryuuken is his father) and that's about it.

Though Shunsui has been told a few things about Uryuu from various campers, but nothing any real significance. But just so ya know should anything about it come up. ^_^;;

Oh and I have no idea what Ishida would call Shunsui as they never directly interact in canon so uh. Whatever you think's appropriate, Shunsui probably would refer to him as Uryuu-kun, in any case...

It'll probably be SHINIGAMI for a while yet. XD I don't think they interacted at all in canon.

No, they didn't. XD The closest is that Shunsui IS amongst the various high-ranking shinigami that see the group off back to the living world at the end of the SS arc, so I'd assume he at least knows Uryuu's name and about some of the stuff that went on that crazy week like the fight with Mayuri and all.
