Cheri is a Mazoku/Demon~ and she's pretty zen about humans being >(!!!!!! at her.
Sora, Sakaki, Komui and Ritsu are all normal humans, though I'm not sure how we're operating the curse with the shinigami/quincy... Balthier has at least a COUPLE of summons though I haven't decided which ones, so Ishida MAY feel something off attached to him.
Filif will most likely ping. 8Db He's a wizard, which... well, canon never mentions people being able to "sense" another person's power, and there have been instances of someone being overshadowed but nothing pinged on the radar. However, he does reek of alien11! and talking tree!!!11!. I'm not adverse to Ishida picking up on the wizard part of him as well if you think he can -- although Filif often volunteers the information himself.
Feel free to shout at him! xD Aaaand Mugen is 100% normal human, so nothing there.
Wakaba is my other YnM Shinigami so feel free to >E at her. 8D She's also a gatekeeper with nebulously defined abilities, so he can sense that too. Or, you know, I'm good with "Shinigami >E" ♥ we loev Quincy archer
Akane, Fakir and Cecile are normal humans! Fakir has his spoilerific power and Cecile has one of the normal, less powerful runes, but I don't think they'd ping Ishida too hard.

Well you know about Al, most of the rest are pretty normal as far as I know...
Sano's got his fancy heavenly power, but that was a gift and I'm preeetty sure it can be removed after the tournament, so I don't know how that would ping. Probably slight if it's there. Feel free to do whatever with that.
Chizu-nee is full of mystery and hints at mystery but Imma say she pings as normal anyway for now.
