I went ahead and deleted a couple of my more recent Livejournal posts because they don't really seem to be worth reading, even to me. And I'm never going to go back and be like "Oh yeah, those were the days, when I was screwed on my paper and in my CS class." Your journal entries aren't supposed to be just the interesting or cool things. If you looked at those entries 5 years from now, they might remind you of what the actual consequences were. And that might spur you to either do your homework or to not even worry about it, depending on what actually happens.
Recently, you went back and read your old posts, and it reminded you of things, and you got a little better perspective on that time period in your life. It's not whether it's interesting now or later, it's that it's a snippet of your psyche at one particular moment in time.

I really think you should keep the one about the presentation. And even if it's not the most interesting post in the world, we still read it to keep up with events in your life. If I hadn't read those posts, I wouldn't be able to say "Did you finish all that schoolwork?" when next I saw you.

Yeah, I have to agree here. Especially when we're all so busy working on our own assignments, livejournal is one easy way to keep up with what's going on with other people.

OK, OK, I won't do it again. I don't know how to get them back from the dead, but I will just go on record here as saying "Wow. My presentation sucked. And everyone today had a better one too."
Well, I'm glad you guys were able to see it anyway.
